This Privacy Policy explains how CubicSofts ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit cubicsofts.ae, contact us, or hire us for a project. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
In short: we only collect what we need, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to see, fix, or delete it at any time.
1. Who We Are
CubicSofts is the #1 web, app, and digital marketing agency based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. When we handle data inside a client project (for example, your customers' orders on a store we build), we act as a processor on your instructions, and our project agreement with you applies.

We do not ask for sensitive data such as health, religion, or biometric data. Please don't send it to us.

4. Cookies and Tracking

5. Who We Share Data With

- Hosting, email and cloud providers that run our website and systems
- Google (Analytics, Ads and Workspace) and Meta (WhatsApp and ads)
- Payment and banking providers that process your payments
- Trusted freelancers or partners working on your project, under confidentiality terms
- Government bodies, courts or police when UAE law requires it
Each provider may only use your data to serve us, and must protect it.
6. Transfers Outside the UAE
Some of our providers and team members work outside the UAE. Your data may be stored or viewed in other countries, such as the EU, the USA or Pakistan. We only transfer data where the law allows it, for example where the country has adequate protection, where a contract protects your data, or where you have agreed.
7. How Long We Keep Data

When we no longer need data, we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. Your Rights
Under UAE law you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and send you a copy
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your data when we no longer need it
- Limit or stop how we use your data, including for marketing
- Move your data to another provider in a common format
- Withdraw your consent at any time
Email info@cubicsofts.ae with your request. We may ask you to confirm who you are. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office if you are unhappy with our answer.
9. How We Protect Your Data
We use SSL encryption, strong passwords, two-step login, limited staff access, and regular backups. We sign confidentiality terms with our team and partners. No system is 100% safe, but if a breach puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Children
Our website and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you think a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to Other Sites
Our pages may link to other websites, such as Google. Their own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. For big changes, we will tell active clients by email.
